Nasty is a beatdown hardcore band from Kelmis, Belgium, founded in 2004.
story
The group was founded in 2004 in Kelmis in Belgium and consists of the musicians Matthias (vocals), Paddy (electric guitar), Nash (drums) and Berry (electric bass). In the first two years of existence, the two demo CDs Demo (2004) and The Beginning (2005) were created.
About Fuck This Recordings was released in 2006 debut album Declaring War. The band changed the label and released the second album on February 16th, 2008. This is called aggression and was funded by Goodlife Recordings. Also Give a Shit, which was released on July 10, 2010, was funded and published by Goodlife Recordings. The fourth studio album, which bears the name Love, was released on February 28, 2013, this time about Beatdown Hardwear.
The second change was among other things, as the musicians were dissatisfied with the advertising activities of the record company. On June 29, 2012, the group played on the Tentstage with With Full Force. The band featured Eyes Set to Kill, Do Or Die, Defeater, Poison Idea, We Butter the Bread with Butter and Emmure. In April 2012, the group already played at the Impericon Festival in Leipzig. There, the band played with Parkway Drive, The Ghost Inside, Born from Pain, Set Your Goals, Even She Sleeps and Caliban.
In March and April 2013, the group toured with A Traitor Like Judas, CDC, Warhound and The Green River Burial as part of the Taste Of Anarchy Tour through Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. In June 2013, an appearance at the Summerblast Festival in Trier followed. In December 2013, Nasty played with Your Demise and Madball as the opening act for Deez Nuts a tour in Eastern Europe. The performances took place in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Slovenia, Hungary, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Austria. On December 26, 2013 Nasty played in the Underground in Cologne together with Science of Sleep, Coldburn and Desolated as support for War from a Harly's Mouth on their farewell tour.
In January 2014, the group toured with Suicidal Tendencies, Terror, Strife, Evergreen Terrace, Ramallah and The Arrs as part of the EMP Persistance Tour of Europe. They also appeared in Leipzig and Cologne at the Impericon Festival. Later, they toured Asia and South America. In 2015, the band will tour Europe on the occasion of the new album Shokka, with Lionheart, Desolated, Coldburn and Havenside under the name Taste of Anarchy Tour 2015. They will also perform at the Beatdown Hardwear Fest and With Full Force.
